Book your session online. We will have your room prepared just the way you like it. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your session. Our friendly staff will assist you with check-in, guide you to your private room, and familiarize you with the Smart TV and sauna controls.
Before your session, ensure you're well-hydrated. Drinking plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna session is crucial for maximizing its benefits. We recommend removing all makeup to allow your skin to fully absorb the infrared heat.
COMFORT
For your comfort, lightweight clothing such as shorts and a tee-shirt are suitable. Swimsuits are also a great option, and of course, wearing your "birthday suit" is perfectly fine too (complimentary towel service provided). After your session, we recommend loose-fitting and comfortable clothing for a relaxed post-sauna experience.
At RED we believe in the cumulative benefits of sauna therapy. It may take a few sessions before you start to notice significant changes. During your session, don't worry about the temperature—your body will gradually adjust to the infrared heat. As your body becomes accustomed to the sauna experience, you'll likely notice earlier and more profuse sweating, which is a sign of your body detoxifying and reaping the benefits.
AFTER
After your sauna session, continue to hydrate and replenish your body. Enjoy a refreshing cold towel and deposit used towels in the designated Towel Drop. Our fridges are stocked with alkaline water, coconut water, and other nutrient-dense beverages to help you replenish and revive.
